Quality Policy

Quality policy of Kovohuty, a.s. is referring to strategical plans and general policy of Montanwerke Brixlegg AG and A-TEC Industries AG corporation. The board of directors has for successful managing, production up rise and competitiveness taken a decision to introduce and bring into effect, system of quality management, as a part of continuous improvement of activities and processes. The main goal is to bring the profit for everyone involved: customers, owners, employees and suppliers. To this purpose the board has defined following objectives.

Focus on customer

With monitoring of professional field, legislation, new technologies and trends ensure flexible reaction on the customer needs. Long-lasting and systematical care about quality of supplied products and offered services is the basic tool to satisfy the customer requests.

Leadership and management for employees

Company is formed from qualified and competent employees and provides them with further education and qualification so they are constantly ready to solve the customer requests. The company management is forming suitable conditions for quality work and performance raise and provides sources and conditions so that all employees of organization on every level are able to fulfill the set quality objectives. The board of directors is setting the quality objectives for a certain time period and is forming an effective system for internal communication to reach them.

Employee's involvement

Employees are the core of the company which is a strategic factor for future development of organization. In system of quality management are connected all employees on every level of management to the process of permanent improvement, ideas gathering, their evaluation and recommendations of measures.

Procedural approach

Whole organization is procedurally managed. The activities which have influence on quality of products, services and customer satisfaction are set by obligatory procedures, which are ensuring the achievement of required quality. All processes are provided in harmony with valid legislation, health, hygiene, safety and environmental standards. These are set by laws, proclamations, regulations and instructions. All processes are defined and described in participation of all employees. All employees, especially the owners of the processes are continuously working on the optimalization of the process.

Systematical management approach

Every process with influence on quality is identified and integrated into the system of mutually connected processes, so that it contributes to the effectiveness in achieving of corporate objectives.

Environment

We permanently try to reach the highest possible quality of all our processes by the full respect of environment protection and care policies. We take into account the environment problematic by all decisions about our next activities. The primary goal is pollution prevention and systematic improvement of environment status. Of course inevitable is for us to fulfill the requirements of established legislation and other requests resulting from environment protection.
