Board of directors:

• Ing. Marián Čapkovič - head of the board since 12^th of March 2009

  
  Born in year 1961, has finished studies in machine industry with scope on chemical machinery and engines on TU (SVŠT) in Bratislava, later supplemented his education by studies of languages on UK and by studies of management and controlling (Masters of Business Administration) on City University Bratislava. Since later 90's worked on top positions in company management, between his employers were companies such as Henkel, BSH, Axson Polymers Technologies.
  
  He came across to Kovohuty, a.s. from the longer successful employment in abroad company GOŠA d.o.o. in Serbia, from the position of general director.

• Dipl. Ing. Robert Stibich - member of the board since 22.06.2005

  
  Born in year 1954, has finished studies of metallurgy in Montan Universität Leoben, Austria, studies has finished with diploma work in Vereinigte Metallwerke Ranshofen-Berndorf AG, Montanwerke Brixlegg.
  
  Since year 1984 he is the employee of Montanwerke Brixlegg AG, where he worked on various positions in management and optimalization of production. In year 2002 was nominated for the procurator and in 2005 became a member of board in Montanwerke Brixlegg AG.

• Ing. Emil Klešč - head of trading department, since 2005 - procurator of the company

  
  Born in year 1963, has finished his university education in specialization Metallurgy of non-ferrous materials on Technical University Košice.
  
  Since year 1987 till 1999 worked in former companies of present Kovohuty, a.s. mostly on positions of business manager.

• Ing. Ján Horváth - head of Cu wire plant, since year 2008 procurator of the company

  
  Born in year 1969, has finished his university studies in specialization Metallurgy of non-ferrous materials on Technical University Košice.
  
  Since year 1991 worked in former companies of present Kovohuty, a.s. on various management positions mostly in sphere of production and quality.

• Ing. Ján Čarnogurský - financial director, since 2005 - procurator of the company

  
  Born in year 1954, has graduated on Management faculty of Economical University Bratislava.
  
  Worked in companies oriented in mining, metallurgy and machine industry, mostly on positions of financial manager and financial director.
