Copper wire production is running continuously. Process consists from melting in shaft furnace, casting of melted copper and its controlled solidification in crystallizator, rolling of warmed copper cast to wire of diameter 8 mm, reduction, cooling, cleaning the surface with alcohol and wire surface wax passivation against oxidizing. Produced copper wire is winded to spools with weight 3.5 t, 4t and 5t, at which is bedded on wooden pallets and packed with foil.

Produced wire with its nature in tensibility, is in the first place suitable for next processing by cold drawing and further cable production for electro installation purpose, various varnishing applications, and carcables.
